Do DLA and PIP have a different payment run?

It's just come to me that when I was on DLA I got paid on a Tuesday but my PIP is paid on a Friday. My NI number ends in the 70s. Does PIP have a different payment run to DLA?

I think it's worked out differently for PIP and it depends on when the decision was made on your claim. My daughters PIP is paid on a Tuesday and this doesn't reflect the last two numbers of her NI number, if it did then her payment day would be a Monday.0

That doesn't work either, my decision was made by a tribunal on a Wednesday and my second go didn't change days even though my claim was ended and restated after a successful MR0
