Solarplicity End Of Fixed Price

My fixed price dual fuel ends on August 21st 2018 & by my calculation I should have received notification from them.
Is it 42 working days or just 42 days ??
And before anybody says ring them or email them, there is absolutely no point at all as they are the worst company to communicate with ever ever ever.

It is 49 calendar days. There are supposed to get in touch between the 49th and 42nd days before the fixed price end date.

After the 42nd day, you are free from any early exit fees if they haven't been in touch in any case.

I wish I had not joined Solarplicity & read more reviews
Their customer service is atrocious to put it mildly
They don't answer phone or reply to emails !

Advice : Don't join this utility Supplier

Hear, hear. I lasted 4 months with Solarplicity then couldn't take the incompetence any more and switched away
