Hi
Were half way through our 2 year fix on our mortgage. We took this out at 95% ltv but now we are at 90%.
Do we have any option of changing interest rate based on this mid term without paying the exit fees?

No. The fix is fixed at the time you take out the fix.0

If your trying to save 0.28% on your mortgage by switching mid term, your capital needs to be high 6 figures.0
