WRAG to SUPPORT Group

Hi Folks,

Send in my ESA50 form in June (I think ), waiting for a date for a medical.

To my surprise a letter this morning has put me into the Support Group.

Just a couple of questions for the good people on this site,

Does this mean i will now be transfered to U.C ?

Does this mean im entitled to extra Benefits ?

Do i inform any one about this change ?

A big " THANK YOU " in advance for the answers

Great news. No you won't be transferred to UC unless a change of circumstances prompts a move across. You won't be asked to apply for UC until at least 2019 but could be much later.

You will get extra ESA for being in the Support Group.. Income related ESA is £125.15 per week and you're also excluded from the benefit cap.
