PCN On Free Car Park

So I was visiting my very ill grandmother at the Redwood Centre in Shrewsbury their car park is free but you have to enter your car reg on arrival, something I didn't realize as my grandfather I had letters but rightly or wrongly I ignored them. The firm who issued the original charge was Civil Enforcement LTD. I am now being chased by a debt collection firm called ZZPS Limited.

I was hoping someone could guide me moving forward, they are threatening court if I don't pay. Not sure if it matters but I don't own the vehicle the PCN was issued to anymore.

Please let me know if I have missed something vital out. Thanks

You've entered something that's vital that you don't. Please edit the story to remove any indication of who the driver was. Refer to the driver as "the driver". If you have received the tickets, is it as "the keeper"?

It would have been cancelled on sight of the template appeal from here, one email, job done.

Same as always, then CEL will try a county court claim, then you will win. Read other CEL defence threads to prepare, you won't even need a hearing.

You don't appear to have read NEWBIES READ THESE FAQS FIRST or any CEL defence or ZZPS threads at all yet. We can't repeat what's already here - no time. But it IS all here.
