If you book an EU property from the UK you’re forced to pay in £, whereby Airbnb earns an extra 4% after paying max 1% currency exchange fee. Looks like the Commission missed a trick by not obliging Airbnb to accept Euros directly online, and not forcing Airbnb to reveal their margin on conversion fee.0
