Help finding cabin bag that fits united

Good afternoon all.
It seems like i will have to be taking a flight with united to america due to the cost of PHL flights going through the roof. I have just realised that none of my cabin bags fit, much to my dismay.
i was going to get a trusty IT worlds lightest bag (2 wheel) but the old versions are too wide by a 1cm and the new versions are too wide by 5!
I was then going to take my eastpak trans 4 but its 1cm too deep.
Is there anything that i can get that costs less than £30 and hold a lot? I am looking for roughly 32L if possible.
Apologies. Uniteds dimensions are : Carry-on bag: The maximum dimensions for a carry-on bag are 9 inches x 14 inches x 22 inches (22 cm x 35 cm x 56 cm)

I've got the slightly bigger one (but within your size requirements) and I can thoroughly recommend it.
We've used it when we've gone for weekends away to save waiting / paying for hold luggage and by doing this we on one occasion were able to catch the last connecting train from the airport to the city rather than having to get a taxi.
It does look boxy but it is comfortable to carry.
I splashed out and bought the inserts as well and like being able to separate things so I can put my hand on things easily.
Just for my piece of mind I bought a small padlock so that I could lock it but that was just me.
Admittedly we've only flown with BA using them but haven't had any issues.0 -

But then you need to do a cost per use analysis as well as time saved waiting for the hold luggage to come through0
