Some people will defend a case on principle. Some will be pragmatic and look at cost/benefit. It's your decision.
Perhaps this is correct - or it may be wishful thinking. But all court cases come with a risk for both sides
The cost is reduced from £270 to £160. Still extortionate, but I don't feel I have enough of a case to win and I know that in my current state of mind, I'd go to pieces in court.

The charge was £100. Then court fees of £50, if you do lose.
It was never £270, that was made up, so BW Legal have offered nothing of value to you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
