Hi
Can you tell me if I can add a parent to my insurance policy for a month or so?
that is the easy bit
Now my parent is working abroad on a work permit because of this being in the country for 6 months or more you have change licenses to that country... although they come back frequently ...
so can I had them with the overseas driving license ?
they had passed their test here and driven for years here its just for them coming back to save having to hire a car for 2 months.

You need to ask your insurer.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

Agreed. Ask your Insurers, as it depends on the details. They will check their underwriting guidelines and see if they can accept.
I wonder whether having an International drivers licence would make it easier or not.The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0
