Barbantia Praise !

I've had my Barbantia 50lt bin for several years and recently the catch on the lid broke. I emailed Barbantia customer services and they replied the same day asking a few questions. I explained I did not have the receipt. The very same day the customer service agent 'Karen' had arranged for a new bin lid to be sent to me, I received this within a few days. What a fantastic, professional, no fuss service !! Thank you Karen and Barbantia !!!!

I had the same experience. The catch broke and Brabantia replaced lid FOC.
