Having used Vistaprint a few times I have always been happy with the product.
My last order however had an error having a blank space where part of the design should be.
I emailed yesterday to let them know and less than 24 hours later I have received an email with an apology and telling me that a new set have been sent out and I have also been refunded my original payment.
Couldn't have asked for me from them. Excellent service.
