Benefits while off sick with Stress

My daughter is suffering from Stress, anxiety, Depression etc. She has been for an assessment with the Job Centre who say she has not been awarded any points for her claim. We believe she qualifies for 37 points. Is there any point in asking for a Mandatory reconsideration?
She also has a room in a shared house but is currently living with me as she is unable to cope. If she gives up the room will she be entitled to any benefits if she lives with me or should she keep the room until she is better. (We don't know how long that will be).
She's on Universal Credit and her SSP has run out.
Thank you for any help/advce.

Yes - II she is unable to cope with her current claimant commitment, she should ask for a Mandatory reconsideration,
I would advise she seeks help from her local advice agency / CAB.

Did she send evidence to support her claim? This would be needed, as they very rarely contact anyone for this. If it wasn't sent then i'd advise sending it with the MR request letter.0
