Equifax have put my brothers in laws current address in a section labelled 'linked address'
His credit card details are part of my husbands credit file with that address.
But they failed to check that both individuals have different full names different date of births so how can they link the addresses and use that as evidence to add incorrect items on his credit file
My brother in law has contacted Barclay card and has complained officially. He feels that this is a major privacy breach0 -
If I go to the BT account section
There was a red mark on the credit file in december 2016 and if I hover over it said 3 missed payments0 -
It means that's the 3rd missed payment
So there should be a red mark in Novemeber and October as well0 -
No the red marks are only on December 2016.
For oct and nov there are green marks indicating all paymebts were on time0
