Hi, anybody got any experiences good or bad with fixed rate income serviced apartment investments.
I’m looking at emergingproperty .co.uk as one option for a 10 year fixed income serviced apartment investment.
This is the one I was looking at? What should I be aware of that’s not specifically mentioned?
