The word "Fraud" Is Offensive On Trustpilot?

Options
I put a review on Trustpilot about a free lottery company who refused to pay out when i won, now Trustpilot has come back to me 2 months on saying i must remove the word Fraud because it could cause offence to somebody.:rotfl:
I feel like replacing Fraud with Snowflake or something or maybe fairy dust.

Fraud and scam are frequently offensive words on here. Usually because what ever the op is talking about is rarely fraud or a scam. You have to be very sure of your facts before bandying such words around online.

Free lottery? Is that a thing?

Don't answer that op. Perhaps Spender will turn up with words of comfort.

It's to protect their own backside. If the company can demonstrate they are legitimate then calling them a fraud or scam could be damaging to their reputation.

They could sue and may possibly have a strong case. That could cost serious dough.

Thanks, i have replaced "Fraud" with "Corrupt" and it i wonder if this might also be deemed offensive to them.
It was only £450 that i won but when i proved i had won it they claimed someone else had claimed the winnings from my Postcode despite me being the only person living in the postcode, then they stopped answering my questions so i gave my review.

Surely £450 is a drop in the ocean if you have an estate large enough to require an entire postcode?
