Just got a ticket from UKPC for parking in a disabled bay.

Had a twisted ankle so I used the bay and did not display a badge.

Came back after 10mins, and had a NTP.

Apparently UKPC is banned by DVLA.

Should I still appeal though? As they could get unbanned and send me a NTK?

No they cannot get data when banned. They cannot apply retrospectively either. Ignore it.

Do you understand that blue badges have no rights in private car parks?

    Well, a twisted ankle isn't a disability.

But luckily, the conduct of UKPC is far worse, and he can ignore them!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
