Why would directly linking to a to the page about resolving TSB problems help Lloyds/HBOS customers? Isn't the author aware that Lloyds TSB ceased to be a thing back in 2013?
Perhaps they meant https://www.resolver.co.uk/companies/lloyds-bank-complaints .Conjugating the verb 'to be":

As I've just done with my TSB account which I switched a couple of days ago, I'll be dumping my Lloyds account next week. I think 8 years is long enough with one bank. They've slashed their interest rates so there's no real incentive for me to stick with them anyway. There are better banks out there.0
