Children's bank account recommendations?

Good morning.
My 2 children are 10 and 13 and have had so much hassle from nationwide.
Can anyone recommend a childrens bank or building society acvount where they can get a debit card to use at the atm and be able to view the balance on line.
Thank you

Santander 123 Mini will teach them to maintain a balance above £300 to get 3% return on the excess up to £2k.

Not sure if the child can online bank with Santander as we still have the In Trust version for tiddlers which is only accessible from the adult login details. Your 10 year old would still be classed as a tiddler so no debit card for now.
