I'm sorry but you've pretty much got no leg to stand on by signing their paperwork and effectively agreeing to any further charges they wish to make.0

I have gone over my mileage by 15,000 miles on my 4 year, 8k per annum PCP agreement.
I'm VT'ing after 33 months of the 47.
My concern is with the part that I signed; It doesn't specifically say that I agree to pay excess mileage, it states that I agree to receive an invoice for excess mileage.
Surely this wouldn't hold up legally if they tried to say that I agreed to pay the excess mileage? I'm aware of my rights with regards to the CCA so wondering if I still have a leg to stand on?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
