Mortgage PPI

I took out a mortgage in 1989 and have the original offer which included a requirement for indemnity insurance. Can I lodge a claim for miss sold PPI?

Mortgage Indemnity Guarantee Insurance is not PPI, hence ZX81's question.

You can't make a PPI complaint about a Mortgage Indemnity Guarantee.

MIG covered the lender (not you) and is in no way recoverable.
