Claiming Compensation from Timeshare

Options
Does anyone know a solicitor lawyer who will take my claim on 'no win no fee' without charging upfront fee to cancel the timeshare first. I have a very good case worth a large amount all the paperwork receipts etc. A consultant from a timeshare council came to my home and checked all my paperwork and costs. He said 'no win no fee' but a the last minute said he needed £6300 to cancel and stop both timeshares before they can take them to court. Considering he wanted 20% of winnings I knew he was a scammer. I don't have money to pay upfront as disabled, single and now semi retired. Fees are £1000 for each now total £2000 a year. I rely on people answering my ad to rent an apartment each year to pay fees.

Trusted Genuine lawyer needed cases like mine have been winning in Supreme Court Madrid and they are also settling out out court. Timeshare.lawyers and ABC are set up by Mark Rowe who is one of the Sales reps who sold them in first place so I don't know who to trust. Help need please???

I would you suggest you put timeshare+compensation into the forum search and a number of threads come up. This is one of them..

You would really need to consult a Spanish lawyer who specialises in Timeshare, a person who could help you is Javier, his website is :http://www.correaguimera.com
Javier is a long time contributor to Timesharetalk and has helped people in the past.
