Santander PPI

I stupidly went through a company to claim PPI on our mortgage.
Our Santander mortgage was linked to our bank account and credit cards, you took them all out as a package.
They paid out on bank account and credit cards but because the company didn't respond when asked questions (they went bust, thanks to the Welsh call Centre man), the ombudsman judged against us.
Is there anything we can do as we were missold.
Many thanks

most MPPI is rejected. So, you got the expected outcome.but because the company didn't respond when asked questions (they went bust, thanks to the Welsh call Centre man), the ombudsman judged against us.
You can appeal an adjudicator decision. Plus, if there is significant new information that is likely to change the outcome, then the case can be reopened.
However, it would need to be significant information in the case of MPPI.
The FOS also reject most MPPI complaints.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
