What's the problem? Even brand new cars have faults discovered during the PDI. Doesn't sound like grounds to getting out of the contract to me.0

I have had cars that needed expensive repairs and every garage has said 'trade it in'.
Of course they have, they can screw more money out of you if you do. "Its got a faulty turbo which will cost £1000 to fix so I'd just trade it in. We'll give you £xxxx against another car". They'll then say they have to reduce the trade in due to the £1000 repair but they'll only reduce it £500 as "goodwill", sell you a car you don't need, spend £200 on fixing the turbo and then sell your car you traded in for full retail so they screw you over both ends of the deal.
Utter rubbish. Absolute unadulterated bull manure.Expensive repairs mean lots of disassembly and careful re-assembly. I have never experienced a garage that has been capable of doing that. Once a car has been seriously taken apart by a garage it is never the same again.
I can guarantee they're nothing like the sort.Fuel injectors for my diesel are £480 each.
