If an interest and possession trust is set up in a Will does it require any further documentation by the executor or trustee such as the creation of a Deed. Or does it 'just exist' and the trustees just document minutes of their meetings?

The will is the trust deed and the trust comes into effect on death.
Assets in the trust should be transferred into the names of the trustees, and depending on the assets held it may need to be registered with HMRC.:heartpuls Daughter born January 2012 :heartpuls Son born February 2014 :heartpuls
