'Brexit severance cheque'

I keep getting emails from a company called Agora finance advising me to claim for a 'Brexit severance cheque', they say it is genuine but i've got my doubts.
Has anyone heard of this or even received one?

You do sometimes. I paid money to a nice chappy in Nigeria to get hold of his late father's £20,000,000 sitting in a bank account. I've yet to read of any get rich quick scams where the people running that scam state in their e-mails or letters that "This offer is not genuine and you are guaranteed to end up losing the money that you send to us".0 -
