Isn't the whole point of pdfs that they are not that easy to edit? If you have an odt file then it will open in Open Office or Word and can be edited there.
If by any means you are meaning it the other way round i.e. open a pdf in Open Office then the Draw program that is in the Open Office suite will do that.0 -
You can edit PDFs with the right software but its not cheap.
That being said, an ODT file is an OpenOffice document. You can open these in Word if you really want to but as OpenOffice is free and will open the original file, why do you need to convert it to PDF?0 -
You will need OpenOffice. OpenOffice can create and save .odt and .pdf files.
To edit .pdf files you will need to install a free extension to OpenOffice. Follow these instructions: https://www.techwalla.com/articles/how-to-edit-a-pdf-file-with-openoffice0 -
Even better LibreOffice. For editing PDF use PDFXchange - https://www.tracker-software.com/product/pdf-xchange-editor Free version has basic editing, full version not that expensive.0

Use either Libreoffice or Openoffice to edit the .odt file, then if absolutely necessary the same programme will let you export as a PDF document.0
