Paypal Credit query

Anyone use Paypal Credit as a buyer or seller on their own website?

I keep getting offers to signup and having a look at some websites offering it. The signup offers say 4 months interest free offer but i dont get that when clicking the icon on the websites?

Can each website set the payment timeframe? Or is it because i have not signed up and the site wont know what offers paypal have given me?

I dont sell much above £150 which appears to be their minimum to get interest free payments. I could up the price of an item and offer interest free though, which may work out cheaper if someone buys one on a CC and pays it off over a couple of months.

But could i set that on my own website?

Thanks.
