Yes am aware of that thanks Coupon-mad. This is all new to me....
I'm going to ignore any further correspondence and see what happens
Thanks for all the advice0 -
So I had my first letter from Wright Hassall (or rather ZZPS / CM Services....) I've ignored all the ZZPS letters but I knew the fake solicitor letters would start but I'm a little unsure what to do next. Should I ignore the WH letter and wait for another threatening letter and then draft a response based on LazyDaizy's letter? Or should I acknowledge the letter at this point? I've not lodged any appeals with POPLA - I have no permit to park there. Any help would be appreciated.0
