  Also, if you do apply, make sure you get a referral. That way you and the person referring you will get £25!

  Amex uses Experian whereas MSE uses noddle.

  I also have 0% eligibility on the checker (for all AMEX cards) yet as far as I can tell I meet all the criteria, in view of the above I think I will risk an application.

  Just to add to the above I have been approved for the card despite the 0% on the MSE eligibility criteria.
