Awful, awful, awful!
Avoid at all costs. They sent me THREE faulty replacements for my phone. Tried to charge me the excess twice, blamed me for the faulty phones they sent me, didn't refund my postage or for the accessories - despite them being included.

I have taken my case to the Financial Conduct Authority, who have ruled in my favour, but it's taken SEVEN months to get this far. If you can be without a phone for that long, then great
