A lot depends on how vociferous a company is, for example Intel will go after anyone using the word Intel even when part of a longer brand name regardless of whether it resembles a logo or industry type use.Do you have a fitness blog? eBay and Amazon do pull counterfeit listings when reported, it is not done automatically though when an item is listed. Exactly. And it's not as though they're listed as 'counterfeit'. They're hosting the sale or auction, not manually checking every listing.No free lunch, and no free laptop
