You can get it sorted at the post office, they will issue you with a tax disc and send the v5 off to Swansea for you.0

LVLO's are closed and change of tax class is now done at the post Office.
I had to change the registration class on my last car before I sold it but that was over 2 years ago. When I went to the post office to change it I was told to go to the DVLA office to do it, so I went to the one at Old Trafford, at the top of Sir Matt Busby Way.
Didn't realise the rules had changed.
