How to deal with Zavvi...

So I have ordered some PS Vita's, 4 as it turns out.
The deal on website was PS Vita 3G+Wifi with a mega pack voucher and 16gb memory card)
I got two with 10 kids games like Little Big Planet etc and another two Disney pack, all for £149. Which is quite cheap considering they go around £190-£210 on other sites, Amazon, Argos etc...
Anyway the Vita's have been dispatched, but the mega packs have been taken off the site as they are out of stock and no guarantee they will be in for Christmas, so I want to arrange a collection for the Vita's when they arrive, however Zavvi are telling me it's going to cost ME £6 if they do this !
When it is their fault !
Advice anyone ?

If the PS Vita and the Megapack were sold as a single item then they are in breach of contract by not supplying the Megapack then they can't charge you for sending the PS Vita back.
If they were sold separately (which from your OP doesn't appear to be the case) then they can charge you.0 -

Excellent thanks,
so should I just quote what you said about "breach of contract" and see how it goes from there.
The deal was, as it still states on site, PS Vita £149 with free choice of mega pack.
Although you add the mega pack separately and it's technically 2 items as you can buy separate if you wish. But obviously I bought them together as part of one deal.0
