Exterior painting quotes

hi all,
i need to get the following painting done on the front of my mid terrace-
sanding and painting two large windows (sash size but not sash windows)
sanding and repainting front door and door frame
sanding and repainting two steps to the door
sanding and painting masonary(small patch above windows, one meter high accross front (approx 3.5 m wide).
i also need the masonry sanded and painted above the door. tbh this is a bit messy as it looks like previous owner just painted over without sanding so is peeling from underneath.
i asked for just windows and then everything. i would like it all done but i could do it myself (except windows as dont have a ladder that high and not comfortable with that height!)
i have two quotes at the moment as follows-
one is £250 for windows or £475 for all (inc paint)
second is for £200 for windows (i supply paint) and £650 for all (not sure if this inc paint :undecided)
do these seem fair or should i get another? i will def be getting windows done but could do rest myself but would like it done if i can afford it!
