some success since writing on here capitol one is refunding me and now just had a letter from Lloyds tsb saying they are refunding me,how long i have to wait for my money thats another question Lloyds did say i would have it in 28 days,we<l see just awaiting 2 others about a refund,not giving up thats for sure,if they dont reply keep writing to them it seems to work:j

do it yourself dont let them parasite companies(ppi) do it for you,its really straight forward
