Hi is anyone with Payplan. I'm thinking of a DMP because I'm getting NOWHERE fast, all the interest building up ARGH.
BUT i haven't actually missed any payments, would they accept me?

  • I've had a chat with Payplan and have my 'in depth' financial assessment with them tomorrow - I'm in a similar situation to you in that I haven't missed any payments at all yet ....... but I'm now robbing Peter to pay Paul so it wont be long before I get in a real big mess.

I have told them that I haven't missed any payments and they seemed to think that there shouldn't be a problem but I'll know more tomorrow after I've spoken to them in depth!

Sorry, not much help - I'm sure someone will come along soon who can give you a definite answer!

  • thats great, let me know what they say
  • Hi

I phoned Paypal last week and am now on my way to getting set up on a DMP. I too hadn't missed any payments however after looking at all my outgoings and incomes they suggested that a DMP would be the best course of action.

I would recommend them as they are so helpful and non judgemental.

Good luck with them - just remember to be open and honest to be able to get the best deal.

Thats where Im at.. i havent missed any yet.. and I too am robbing peter to pay paul.. and that is almost as far as it can possibly go. I am concerned that in the time it takes to sort this out and get it up and running with Payplan I will have already sunk completely. Looking at my finances this morning, I think I can JUST (MAYBE) cover everything for this month, the debit payments and home DDs at least, but as for food etc.. im NOT certain :(

but next month is defo when the REAL problems start.

Payplan or CCCS will be happy to talk to anyone who has a debt problem. Anyone who's finding in hard to make payments or is left without a normal amount to live on after paying minimum payments would be classed as having a debt problem. Give them a ring, they're great!
