Don't you just hate ignorant EBayers!
I had a non-payer last month. Sent the usual 7 day reminder email through EBay - ignored. Sent another reminder after 10 days - ignored. Started the NPB process after 14 days and emailed again to say 'Sorry, but I've had no choice but to start the process to reclaim my fees'.
The day before I'm due to get credited, the joker pays by Paypal!!!! How annoying is that? He left me +ve feedback immediately, so I waited a week before I sent it out as I figured he had messed me round so much that he can wait, and he couldn't neg me anyway.
After I mailed it out, I emailed him again to ask him to let me know it had arrived safely. Nothing so far, that was weeks ago.
I'm not leaving him feedback until I get a response. In fact I'm considering leaving him a neutral due to his ignorance. I've sent all the reminders through the EBay contact system so it's not like he's not getting them. At first I thought he might not be getting emails but I now think it's plain ignorance. :mad:

this is irritating!! I wouldn't leave any feedback! it will annoy the other person that you are holding it and could neg at any time!! unless ........ the person can't get on the computer very often, or the reminders coulda gone to junk mail....... or got mixed up with a loada other emails!!

I'm in the process of dealing with a complete idiot as well. The stupid women wanted to pay by postal order so instead of asking me for my address she thought she would try and find it out through buying another one of my items (which she had no intention of buying!?!!!). Unbelievable.
Oh well, as soon as she has left positive feedback she is gonna get some negative.0
