I saw an advert for a room for sale in London. The owner is selling every bedroom, plus the lounge and dining room which are seperate rooms ie have their own door. It states that the rooms are a good investment as they are renting for £80 each per week. Thats very true.
However I have a few questions, how would this work legally? Bills and other rights for example.
I have emailed and asked if the hallway is for sale. The reply was yes, what is your budget. I am going to make an offer. WOuldn't it be madness to sell the hall for obvious reasons? I'd think that I would be in a verys trong position if I did actually own it.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
