It's been a while since I was last here but hopefully the advice is as forthcoming as ever 
I was just wondering what options are available to someone who has a second property (just valued at 300k). The pre-tax income from renting is 3.5% pa (disregarding an increase in the property price) - should it be sold? And if so, what else could the proceeds be put into? I'm more than happy to put in the homework myself, just wanted some ideas that's all ...
