Hi, For some reason I am having difficulty copy and pasting, just tried to copy and paste a screenprint to a thread, can copy, but cannot paste it, also, copy and paste to notefile? I,m loosing my touch. Help appreciated.

Hi,again, I am only trying to post a copy of an e-mail on another thread regarding my router, also to try and copy and paste 64character code for same. instead of typing all the characters in, told to copy to note, then paste to router .When I right click to copy, ok, but right click to paste on thread, grey, won,t patse.Never used keys.Any particular application(s)? Have you tried Ctrl+P, Ctrl+V.0 -
So your trying to post a screenshot of something into a thread am i right so far, insert image might help, its on the same row as the bold, italics and underline in the post a reply screen0

Copy/Paste in Word. Notepad does not do it. WordPad does work.0

How do you copy and paste to wordpad? never used it before, notice board, if thats correct.I would like to copy and patse a 64 bit encryption key into my router via wordpad, so I don,t make a mistake, and retain a copy.I hope this makes sense. Well ok then, Somethings, plain text ok, others with embedded graphics may not, just notepad does not cope as well as other apps. I did test before my earlier post to ensure accuracy...sorry

Win 7 and Snippit tool, does not paste into Notepad but does in Wordpad..go figure.
This also confirms helping a friend the other day copy a DVLA driver learning cd screenshot to Word to create a printout.0
