Transfer to BoS current account arranged over the phone. Was told it would take up to 2 hours. I checked after 1 hour and the money was in.
I managed to transfer over £15K out by FP in £1K and smaller chunks.
The whole procedure cost me 2 hours as the BoS web interface goes into an endless spin* after a couple of transactions. It's a pain the bs; the website is like that everyday.
I mean the throbber spins forever, i.e. can't load the page.Dagobert0
