I suspect it won't be by using a credit card unless using an introductory or life of balance offer. If this is the case I suggest you read the credit card articles on the main site, starting here might help.
Buying a car on a credit card has been discussed many times in this forum, you can use the search facility to find these posts.
If you want finance that is specific finance for a taxi I suggest you ask around some other taxi drivers.0
