Excluding Cyprus, Turkey, India etc. perhaps Yorkshire Bank/Clydesdale - but you need to apply today - or Kent Reliance at c. 5.85% equalling c. 6% AER.
If you apply today can you continue to add funds to the account over the next few weeks ? I could apply/open an account but I'm waiting for the bulk of my cash from Icesave and the earliest I'm now going to see that is prob. end of next week....0 -

To get the fixed rate, these banks require me to open a current account in their branches by personal visit. I live in Portsmouth and ther aint any branches unfortunately!
Halifax are doing one for 5.48% fixed 1 yr- monthly interest. Is this a safe bet?0 -
