I have just got engaged. I want to add this to my insurance. The ring is worth £2000. However my insurance with virgin is currently £126 and will rise to £213 just by adding this ring. Does anyone know how i can insure my ring for reasonable cost or insurance company that will include such an item at a reasonable price

Hi and congratulations. I've just been looking for contents insurance and when I checked with Lloyds TSB they wanted another £40 per year for personal belongings up to £3000 inside or outside the home, even abroad.
Hope that helps. Wolfie.0
