An amusing, but pleasant ebay saga

My husband has a diesel car which he doesn't drive very far and we are aware we must have at least one monthly long drive to clear the dpf. So, I purchased a set of four pasta bowls on ebay and asked my husband to collect them (50miles in all including return). The bowls were fiver. Husband called at Tesco on the way (8 miles from home) and saw pasta bowls for £1 each and bought two. Husband called the delightful seller and they agreed to cancel the sale (we were content to pay any charges levied on the seller and the seller was happy to cancel). Husband put new pasta bowls directly in the dishwasher before I got home. I admired them very much when I arrived after work but pointed out to husband that if they were stored where I wanted them stored, the cupboard door would stand open by about two inches, lol! Two pasta bowls given to friend with deeper cupboards!
