What they don't tell you is that the coaches are run by a third party company and certainly on routes which serve Welsh regions, the coaches are clapped out and rickety old carriages. Strange how back in my homeland England, the coaches serving Birmingham - London are climate controlled, have leather sets, extra legroom, TV, etc. I know this doesn't belong on this board, but when one has to endure a 3hr journey on an uncomfortable coach and then get fobbed off when they try to complain, it leads to a strong feeling of resentment. :mad:
Also my usual fare from Swansea - Birmingham is only in the region of £18 with NX2 card! The only offer I've been able to actually use was the NX2 offer last Sept which gave students £5 each way travel!0
