Programming One4all Remote

I have an old very basic one4all TV remote, it just has basic on/off, + & - for channels volume & mute. I used to have guide that I downloaded from their website but have lost it & now not on website. CS is useless unless you have a model No, which it dosen't.
From what I remember You program by holding a couple of the buttons down then use the power button & the + button to try & get the correct code.

Now I can't fig out how I used to do it or what buttons to hold.

Any help welcomed.

if you take the battery cover off the back of the remote they sometimes hide the model numbers on either a sticker on the cover or underneath the batts on the circuit board.
