£7.95 for 48hr service up to 15kg.£8.95 for up to 30kg
They use Parcelforce.Track your parcel and insurance up to £150.
Charge your ebay customers the real Parcelforce rates which are alot higher.

I used the above for the 1st time 4 days ago, they sent my ebay parcel(10kg)to the wrong address. The address they delivered it to was 1/2 mile away from the intended address&the wrong address & company name was nothing like the addressed label.I got a phone call from the firm where it had arrived & spent the best prt of 6 hrs trying to sort it,resulting in my ebay buyer having to go and collect himself-he was understandably not best pleased. As soon as i got the call from where the parcel had been dropped i tried to contact parcels4delivery.com,all there is is a email form stating "send & we will phone you promptly" there is no phone number.I sent 8 emails on the day in question & 6 more since,i have not had a reply/phone call whatsoever!!.I can only speak as i find,i WILL NEVER AGAIN USE parcels4delivery.com.If i had of known there was no phone contact number available i wouldnt have used them in the 1st place,i had to find out the hard way.NB-i have not recieved feedback from the buyer, but i suppose thats better than negative feedback.

Just got back from hols and saw your post.I am sorry you had this experience
using parcels4delivery.Any corresspondence I have sent to them has always received a reply from the MD within 24 hours. Was your parcel delayed.Ie delivered late?I mean if you asked for a 24hr delivery and it got there like a
48 hr delivery then they have a simple claim form on their website.
I guess this is just an oversight by the delivering driver. He may have thought he was in a particular street.Shame the person who signed for it didn't check the address first. But I guess if it was a company that signee may have just trusted the driver.Hopefully you may reconsider.
It's interesting to read that parcels are thrown around at the depot.Years ago
I did some couriering and never saw that.Loads of dropping but not physically thrown.I would assume thrown from at least a metre out into a cage or stack.
Wow can you imagine if they got a secret camera into a depot that was doing rugby throwing to sort out their parcels.Maybe they already have.
I can see it now...customer not happy with smashed item.Decides to ask Tv
company to investigate with an undercover agency staff.
Wow I bet they have already done it.Just I have yet to see the footage.
    Update
I have sent your enquiry to their office.I am due for a response regarding a delayed delivery at Parcelforce Milton Keynes depot which should get me the £9.95 back. They can look into that at the same time.I will post a reply asap.

I have already received a reply from the MD.Jambo thanks for your reply after I PM you.Either send the con.number to Stephen or through me if you like.As for my claim it's on his desk receiving attention.Christmas has slowed things up.
Occasionally even the best of us can get things wrong.I will still use this company as they are cheap, reliable and the tracking service is valuable to me and my customers.

Don't bother with Parcel2Go. I used to always use and recomennd them but they have screwed up 4 times this week. I won't bother again. I don't like Parcelforce and will not use them for anything that could get damaged because they throw your packages around the warehouse with little respect for them (husband used to do contract work on thier trucks and has seen this). And my baby crib arrived broken for the same reason! Initial Citylink are by far the best but not sure if you can book online. Just know this from experience with them in a previous employment.

Ive used Parcel2go loads of times. Recently booked 2 collections with them and they failed to turn up. So, you ring the number on their printed disptach label........never answers. You ring their 0870 number and there is an automated system asking you to key in the parcel reference. You do that and it tells you that you cant rebooked the delivery until after the latest pickup time has expired i.e. 5.30pm. So 5.30 comes and goes and still no collection so call them again and guess what....they close at 5.30 and all you can do is use the automated system again to tell them a collection hasnt taken place. I did this but received no confirmation and the message simply says we will get back to you. As its now Friday eve and they are closed on Saturday I rebook the collection online to ensure that it is going to happen on the Monday. Monday comes and DHL turn up. The driver tells me that they were requested to pick up the previous Friday but he was on leave and the depot couldnt be bothered to ask the neighbouring driver to go out of his way to pick up!

I call them on their 0870 number to see what happened about the original collection and to get a refund for it. Spoke to girl who really could not be bothered. Started telling me I shoudnt have rebooked it online! I explained that I had no confidence in their automated system. I asked for an explanation as to why a collection didnt take place as booked. She said there was no point and at least it had now been rebooked. I said there was a point and I wanted a callback when she had spoken to depot. Several hours later, no callback. Rang them back, spoke to Supervisor finally who was even more apathetic than original girl. No apology for failed collection or failed callback. I ask for the refund to be processed for original failed collection and was told to email their 'refund' section. Very miffed at this since she already had all the info in front of her but she said unless I emailed then they could not refund it.

So, I emailed their refund section. Next day email reply comes back saying 'we could not collect as the items exceeded their weight and or size limit'??? Funny that. The parcels were well within their guidelines and anyway had been collected on the rebooked order. I reply explaining this and next day get a confirmation that the refund will be processed. One week later, no Paypal refund. I email again and they reply asking for the full details of the transactions again!!!!!!!!! Same day I get a 'hope you are satisfied with our service...bulk email where they say they are interested in feedback so I respond!!! The reply comes back apologising and asking if they can keep the refund money on file against my next order! I reply refusing this and demanding my Paypal refund. They email back and again ask if they can keep the money on file!!!!!! AAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH

Ive now spent nearly 3 weeks, 7 phone calls, 6 emails trying to get my money back. They are absolutely terrible. They may be cheap but who cares when they cant be bothered about keeping their customers!!!!!! I will certainly never use them again and will be starting small claims court action this week if they dont give me my refund!!!!!!!

Sorry about the rant readers, quite a weight off my mind typing this out......

Moral is...DONT USE PARCEL2GO WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!!!

I agree with not using Parcel2go - paid them last Mon for a collection, chased them Thursday and they said they had no record of my order. Promised collection on Friday. Finally managed to collect it this morning. The landline number is never answered and the 0870 has no alternative, so you are stuck with a huge mobile bill sorting the problems out - NEVER again!!

I normally use parcelsend as their website is easy to use and it only cost £9.75 for up to 30kg on a 48 hour delivery - and whats more they use Parcel Force to deliver their packages which is amazing when you look at how much Parcel Force would actually charge you.

Parcel2go have a 10% scheme for eBay members.

Do i have to be a business to use these people or can anyone use them ??

    Thanks
  • Pesky2 - I recommend parcelsend as I've never had problems with them, and no you dont have to be a business customer.

I have used them for my large eBay sales - prams, a dolls house, 2 huge boxes of clothes.

All you need is to log onto their site, enter the sender and receiver details and pay using a credit card on their secure server.

    Good Luck!
I eBay, you eBay, we eBay.... just do it!!!!!
