we went to this a couple of years ago at Donnington, it was September and over a weekend..we went the 2nd day, had a fantastic time.0

my husband said Donnington was really good, we found silverstone utter rubbish last year, so I won't be applying this year0

my family went on the sunday last year the weather was great and we had a brilliant day,
i would advise anyone that goes this year to take some food and drink because the prices were sky high last year.0 -
I'd also advise anyone going to Silverstone this year to take sunscreen. So hot last year and nowhere to buy any!ITV Winners Club Member (106)
Thank you all who post comps and answer questions.0 -
thanks i have registered but can find a link for the free tickets"what lies behind us & what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us" Ralph Waldo Emerson0

We did the Donnington events but couldn tmake Silvertsone. relative still went but said it wasnt a patch on Donnington. Hopefully in a couple of years it can return to its "proper place"..lol0

I just wish they'd start charging a little bit for the tickets - or significantly reducing the amount of tickets available. To filter out the people who "...only go as the tickets are free" or..."it's a free day out"!!!
It's getting far too busy now - too many people all in the same areas, you can't see anything around the paddock and a joke with the roads gtting in and out.0 -
