Hi everyone,
I received a PCN from Excel Parking due to overstay. Is this a private parking company I can or cannot ignore? I want to attach a new image, but as I am new it is not allowing me to.

Your questions and a lot more are answered in the stickies/FAQs, please read them. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

No PCN should be ignored. Either complain to landowner (recommended first step), appeal (recommended second step) or pay (not recommended). Whatever you do, read the NEWBIE sticky.0

You need to read all the posts you see when you search the forum for:
IPC see you in 2020
Saves us typing and this is a 'nothing' stage already covered by the NEWBIES thread (i.e. do a pointless appeal, but certainly worthwhile COMPLAINT TO THE LANDOWNER!).
Read the NEWBIES thread first please. See my signature below (not visible on a phone which doesn't work well with this forum).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
